1. Introduction
Welcome to the official website of Âmago Audio. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the website or purchasing our products through authorized channels.
2. About Âmago Audio
Âmago Audio designs and manufactures high-precision microphones and audio products. Our products are sold exclusively through select authorized resellers. All after-sales service, support, and warranty claims are handled directly by Âmago Audio or its authorized resellers.
3. Use of Website
All content on this website, including text, graphics, product information, and downloadable materials, is owned by Âmago Audio or used under license, permission, or fair-use principles.
Some images, artworks, or photographs displayed on the site may be the property of their respective creators or licensors and are used solely for illustrative or informational purposes. Such materials remain the intellectual property of their original owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or modify any part of this website without prior written consent from Âmago Audio or the relevant rights holder.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the website’s operation, or interfere with other users’ access.

4. Purchases, Pricing & Fulfilment
Âmago Audio products are sold through select authorized resellers.
When purchasing through our authorized partners, they remain the official seller of record. They provide fulfilment, warehousing, packaging, delivery, and customer-service support for order status, returns, and shipping-related inquiries.
They are also responsible for delivery terms, and return policies. Such resellers operate independently of Âmago Audio.
Âmago Audio is not responsible for pricing errors, order management, or fulfilment performed by third-party resellers.
Warranty claims and technical inquiries are handled directly by Âmago Audio, as described in Section 6 (Limited Warranty & Service).
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers – Marketplace Purchases)
If you purchase through a reseller, the 14-day right of withdrawal (for non-custom goods) is exercised directly with that entity under their published process. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
6. Limited Warranty & Service
Âmago Audio microphones are crafted with exceptional precision and quality. We warrant that our products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase by the end user.
Customers who register their product on our website within 30 days of purchase receive an extended warranty of up to four (4) years total coverage.
If a defect arises within the warranty period, Âmago Audio will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge.
- Microphones: 2 years standard / up to 4 years with registration
- Accessories and adapters: 1 year (not eligible for extended coverage)
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase and serial-number verification may be required.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g. drops, impact, moisture, or improper handling)
- Normal wear, cosmetic damage, or environmental damage
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by improper use or connection to incompatible devices
Warranty Service Procedure
- Register your product on our website within 30 days of purchase to qualify for extended coverage.
- Contact Âmago Audio or your authorized dealer with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- Return the product once prompted, using suitable packaging to prevent transit damage.
Shipping costs for sending the product to Âmago Audio or an authorized service center are the customer’s responsibility. Return shipping for repaired or replaced items under valid warranty will be covered by Âmago Audio.
Limitations and Exclusions
This warranty replaces any other express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Âmago Audio shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product. In no event shall Âmago Audio’s liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Owners of discontinued products remain entitled to service for the applicable coverage period following the last sale date. After this period, spare parts and service may be limited or subject to fees.
7. Returns & Repairs
Returns, refunds, and shipping-related matters for products purchased through authorized resellers are governed by the policies of those respective platforms. Resellers manage all logistics and customer-service processes for returns and exchanges.
For warranty-related claims, repairs, or technical inquiries, customers must contact Âmago Audio directly at info@amagoaudio.com or through their authorized dealer.
Please note: shipping costs related to returning a product to Âmago Audio for inspection or repair are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. Return shipping for repaired or replaced items under valid warranty will be covered by Âmago Audio.
8. Prototype / Loan Units (Studios & Testers)
All prototype or evaluation units provided by Âmago Audio remain the property of Âmago Audio. Recipients must handle them with care, use them solely for evaluation purposes, and may not resell, transfer, or disclose them. Units must be returned to Âmago Audio upon request. Any attempt to copy, reproduce, or derive the design, including reverse engineering, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property laws. Use of these units in public content does not constitute endorsement by Âmago Audio, the artist, or the studio unless explicitly agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
Âmago Audio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
10. Intellectual Property
“Âmago Audio,” the Âmago Audio logo, and “Rediscover your sound” are registered trademarks of Âmago Audio Unipessoal, Lda. All other trademarks, logos, product names, and brand identifiers appearing on this website are the property of Âmago Audio and are either in the process of registration or otherwise claimed as trademarks, and are not registered to any third party. All other third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
All original content on this website — including the visual appearance of our products as displayed on this site, industrial designs, technical descriptions, text, schematics, graphics, and photography produced by Âmago Audio — is the property of Âmago Audio and protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and design laws where applicable.
Certain images, media assets, or reference materials appearing on this website may be licensed from third-party sources or used with permission. Âmago Audio does not claim ownership over such third-party materials and acknowledges all rights held by their respective owners.
No part of this website may be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or publicly displayed without prior written consent from Âmago Audio or the relevant rights holder.
11. Changes to These Terms
Âmago Audio may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Material updates will be posted on this website, and orders placed before a change will remain subject to the Terms in effect at that time.
12. Newsletter and Communications
By submitting your email address to subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive occasional updates, news, and product information from Âmago Audio.
Subscription is voluntary, and you may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to info@amagoaudio.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe.”
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be sold or shared with third parties.
13. The Founder’s Circle
Âmago Audio may offer a program called the “Founder’s Circle” to engage early supporters and enthusiasts of our products.
By submitting the Founder’s Circle application form, you agree to have your personal data collected and processed in accordance with Âmago Audio’s Privacy Policy.
Membership in the Founder’s Circle:
- Does not constitute a purchase, employment, or contractual obligation.
- Selectively grants access to early prototype feedback opportunities and direct communication with Âmago Audio.
- May include recognition or tokens of appreciation at Âmago Audio’s discretion once production begins.
- Requires that participants act responsibly and provide feedback in good faith; misuse may result in removal from the program.
Participants acknowledge that any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to Âmago Audio in the Founder’s Circle may be used freely by Âmago Audio without restriction or compensation. All intellectual property rights in such submissions are assigned to Âmago Audio.
14. Mentions and Publicity dislaimer
Any references to artists, studios, performers, or educational institutions on this website or in our marketing materials are for factual illustrative purposes only. Such references do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by these individuals or organizations unless explicitly stated in writing. Âmago Audio makes no representations regarding the opinions, support, or approval of these entities.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
