Âmago Audio microphones are crafted with exceptional precision and quality. We are committed to providing products free from defects in materials and workmanship, and to supporting our customers with dedicated service.

What This Warranty Covers

Âmago Audio warrants that our products will be free from manufacturing defects under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase by the end user. Customers who register their product on our website within 30 days of purchase will receive an extended warranty of up to four (4) years total coverage.

If a defect arises within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product — at our discretion — free of charge.

Warranty Coverage Details

• Microphones: 2 years standard / up to 4 years with registration
• Accessories and adapters: 1 year (not eligible for extended coverage)

This warranty protects the mechanical and electronic functionality of the product as outlined in the product specifications. Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase and serial number to validate a claim.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized resellers are not covered.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g., dropping, crushing, or exposure to extreme conditions)
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage not affecting performance
• Environmental damage (moisture, floods, water damage, extreme temperatures)
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage caused by improper use or connection to incompatible devices
• Products with removed or altered serial numbers
• Routine inspection, calibration checks, performance verification, or preventative maintenance requested in the absence of a confirmed manufacturing defect

Warranty Service Procedure

1. Register your product within 30 days of purchase to qualify for the extended 4-year coverage.
2. Contact Âmago Audio or your authorized dealer with proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue.
3. Wait for RMA approval before sending any item. Once approved, return the product in a secure, well padded packaging to prevent transit damage.

Note: Shipping costs to send the product to Âmago Audio or an authorized service center are the customer’s responsibility. Return shipping for repaired or replaced items under valid warranty will be covered by Âmago Audio.

Devices sent for repair will be thoroughly tested and serviced. Matched pairs or multi-channel kits will be re-calibrated when required. Warranty-covered repairs are free of charge; out-of-warranty repairs will incur a service fee.

Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty is exclusive and replaces any other express or implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Âmago Audio is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product. In no event shall Âmago Audio’s liability exceed the purchase price of the product.

This warranty does not limit your statutory consumer rights under applicable Portuguese or EU consumer protection laws.

Discontinued Products

Âmago Audio reserves the right to discontinue products. Owners of discontinued products remain entitled to service and repair support for the warranty duration following the last sale date. After this period, spare parts and service may become limited and subject to fees.
